Compared with other similar research findings, it has two distinct variations. One is Innovation in research perspective. Promote control policies of food import to transfer from "mainly control imports" to "effectively use international market". Food security includes not only the domestic production capacity for sustainable development, but also includes the degree of control and effective use of international resources. Systematically expounded economic risks faced under the linkage conditions of domestic and international grain market, and built research framework of prevention and control of food safety from macro to micro policy strategy. Second are scientific research methods. Research methods were adopted such as correlation between changes in imports and international price fluctuations, residual demand elasticity model, panel vector autoregression model and improved gravity model et al. in addition; methods such as comparative study, field research and case studies were adopted to make the results of this study to be more rigors, credible and scientific.
