Good news about our Institute came again. The 57th batch of post-doctors, including Zhu Ningrong and so on instructed by researcher Qin Fu gained second-class fund in China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. Postdoctoral researchers, as an important part of the research strength in our institute, in terms of academic exchange, scientific and technological Innovation and the like, the Institute and teachers paid great attention and careful guidance to the postdoctors, therefore, the post-doctors worked hard, carefully prepared, and has won the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation for many times.

The funded project of Postdoctor Zhu Ning was "Animal Scale Breeders Pollution Prevention Behavior and Effects Research- A Case Study of Hens". the project took hens as an example, based on the theory and methods of agricultural economy and environment economy, focusing on pollution prevention and control behavior of microscopic farmers by the means of stratified random sampling as data acquisition means and with econometric model as the empirical analysis tools, and systematically and quantitatively studied farmers pollution prevention, and analyzed scale farmers' contamination prevention behavior and effects livestock and poultry. Meanwhile, combined with the current regulations concerning the Introduction of large-scale breeding of livestock and poultry pollution prevention and control, the project analyzed the key factor of hens scale farmers recognition and behavior improvement in pollution prevention regulations to explore ideas and countermeasures of dealing effectively with livestock wastes, reducing livestock pollution, promoting healthy livestock breeding and achieving sustainable development of livestock industry.
