For the purpose of that coordinating with the PM management work of Africa aiding agricultural technology demonstration center, enhancing the communication between the demonstration center and Africa partner, training operation and management personnel of African recipient agricultural technology demonstration center, “African aiding English speaking countries agricultural technology demonstration center management seminar", which sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and hosted by Ministry of Agriculture foreign economic relations center, was held on July 09, 2013 in Beijing. About 30 officials from Mozambique, Sultan, South Africa, Angola, Ethiopia, Kenya and other African English speaking countries participate in training.

Professor Jiang Heping from our Institute was invited to be invited to be a special report “Efficiency, Mode and Demonstration Emphasis of Agricultural Science and Technology Park”. Based on the construction and development background of China agricultural science and technology park, he analyzes the main construction characteristics, types and structures of Chinese agricultural science and technology park, summarize and conclude the significance achievement in nearly twenty years, and combined with the construction practice of throughout the land, conclude and give out the following nine mode: food production drive – Jinlin Yushu mode; efficient agriculture garden -- Henan Xuchang model; facility agriculture drive – Shandong shouguang mode; modern agricultural test block – Guangxi Wuzhou mode; functional park drive – Zhejiang Zhuji mode; leading enterprise drive – oversized mode; urban agriculture drive – Shanghai Sunqiao mode; three-level park drive – Liaoning Dalian mode; extroversion efficient agriculture drive – Guangdong Zhuhai mode, as well as instruct the demonstrate style and key point of Chinese agricultural science and technology park from the aspect of new varieties of crops demonstration, food production technology demonstration, agricultural mechanization demonstration, facility agriculture demonstration, leisure agriculture demonstration, and recycling agriculture demonstration and so on.
