On Jul. 15, being invited by Management Committee of Qingdao West Coast Modern Agriculture Pilot, Wang Jimin and Professor Jiang Heping joined the signature ceremony for key projects of modern agriculture organized by Qingdao West Coast Modern Agriculture Pilot. There were 10 agricultural projects are involved, including their integrated production, kick-off and signature, with a total investment of RMB 3.2 billion Yuan. Wang Jimin made a presentation on the signature ceremony on behalf of the signature party. Professor Jiang Heping, on behalf of CAAS Modern Agriculture Pilot Innovation Research Base, signed with Management Committee of Qingdao West Coast Modern Agriculture Pilot. 　　　
　　　When giving the presentation, Wang Jimin said that IAED was an early-established institute engaging in studying agricultural economy and policy. Under the strategical cooperation framework set by Qingdao West Coast Modern Agriculture Pilot and CAAS, it will work together with Management Committee of Qingdao West Coast Modern Agriculture Pilot to provide  intelligent support for the agricultural enterprises like decision-making reference and policy guidance. Anyway, it will do its best to push forward the development of modern agriculture in West Coast Qingdao.
　　　CAAS Modern Agriculture Pilot Innovation Research Base was jointly invested by CAAS and Qingdao West Coast Modern Agriculture Pilot. According to the project content, CAAS will study the evaluation index and system of modernized development, by which a systematic evaluation system and evaluation standard will be formed, so that the modern agricultural development in the pilot can be well supervised and modern agricultural construction can be guided. Meanwhile, CAAS will give support and guidance to Qingdao West Coast Modern Agriculture Pilot in terms of construction mechanism and mode for establishing modern agriculture pilot, overall planning of modern agriculture pilot, development of high-tech agricultural industry and solving key problems existed in agricultural and rural economic construction. In this way, Qingdao West Coast Modern Agriculture Pilot can be pushed forward.
