On the afternoon of Mar. 31, a seminar between Agricultural Economy and Policy Consulting Team of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Internal-reference Edition Department of Qiu Shi Journal, where Wan Baorui (team leader of consulting team), Tang Huajun (executive vice president of Chinese Academy of Agriculture Sciences and secretary general of consulting team), Wang Dongyang (director of IAED and deputy secretary general of consulting team), Liu Yuhui (deputy director of general office in Qiu Shi Journal, director of Internal-reference edition department) and three editors from internal-reference edition department joined the seminar. 　　　
　　　On the seminar, an exchange was done focusing on the following topics: first, discuss the long-term cooperation between Internal-reference Department of Qiu Shi Journal and consulting team of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, how to make full use of the expert resources and channel advantages owned by internal-reference department, reflect agricultural problems and rural problems to the central decision-making departments; second, propose comments and suggestions for the key topics to be used by internal-reference department in 2016; third, have a discussion on the matters linking with China Rural Economy Forum. 　　　
　　　Based on the three topics mentioned above, a warm discussion was carried out. Where all the attendees thought that it was mandatory to make full use of the resource advantages owned by each party to set up a long-term cooperation; it was mandatory to strengthen the construction of think bank under the background of “three agriculture” problems, topics shall be accurately selected and analyzed, the survey shall be done comprehensively. The suggestions submitted to the higher level department shall be practical and efficient.
　　　On the seminar, Wan Baorui (team leader of consulting team) highly evaluated the suggestions proposed by both parties. He sincerely hoped that in the future, both parties could have more contacts and set up a long-term partnership. At the same time, he highly evaluated the key topics to be used by internal-reference edition department in 2016 and he suggested that internal-reference edition department should pay more attention to “three agriculture” problems, especially structural reform on agricultural supply, agricultural innovation, agricultural coordination, green agriculture, opening-up and joint development etc. He also hoped that in the future, depending on the cooperation platform, both parties can make more achievements and transform achievements into actual productivity. If possible, he hoped that internal-reference edition department and consulting team can join “China Agriculture Economy Forum”, wishing that more focuses and reports on innovative projects undergone by IAED can be available. Anyway, he hoped that internal-reference edition department can push forward the development of IAED.
