On Jan. 19, IEAD joined the public bidding held by Qingdao (west coast) High-tech Industrial Development Pilot (at provincial level). Finally, they won the bid at a price of RMB 1.1 million Yuan. 　　
　　　The project (Qingdao (west coast) High-tech Industrial Development Pilot (at provincial level) is in the mode of government procurement, which is organized by Management Committee of Qingdao (west coast) Modern Agriculture Pilot. The project is entrusted Qingdao Liye Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. to do the public bidding. The bidding, depending on the way of experts’ evaluation, scored the technology and commerce covered in the bidding documents submitted by tenders. The one who got the highest score will be the bid winner. IEAD ranked number 1 and won the bid. 　　
　　　The project covers 9 towns (streets and economic zones), with an area of 1090km2. When compiling the plannings for the project, it shall firmly follow “six high” principle and reflect “nine functions”, focus on “four commercial activities” and establish “three demonstrations”. IEAD, being as a Class A engineering consulting company certified by NDRC, shown its great strength in scientific research by winning this bid. By winning the bid of this project, the transformation of agricultural scientific achievements will be pushed forward, which will provide a solid foundation for the cooperation between Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Qingdao West Coast. By compiling development planning for Management Committee of Qingdao West Coast Modern Agricultural Pilot, the sustainable development of modern agriculture and rural economy at West Coast Qingdao will be promoted.
